DESCRIPTION:The class will be held on Sunday afternoons from 3:00-4:30pm at LWBC beginning January 11th and running through February 22nd. \n\n\n\nThe format will be a combination of video & discussion. The class is free and comes with a free digital workbook but you will have the option to order a spiral-bound workbook for $20.00.
